Villas are are set to accommodate 4 guests on 78m2 (780 feet2). There is one queen size bed in a separate sleeping room, and a sofa-bed in the living room. 

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, two sets 40 inch Sat TV, safe and kitchen. The Bathroom has a separate shower, hot tub and 2 sinks. Direct access to a private 25m2 and one 7m2 terrace.

Pricing:
All prices are Thai-Bath per room per night including service charge. 
Regular Check-In time: 14:00h, Check-Out time: 12:00h
No extra charge for one Child younger then 6 years when sharing bed with parents.
Guaranteed Reservation if stay is payed latest 1 month before arrival date, else within 2 workdays if reservation was made less then 1 month before arrival date.
Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellations must be made by writing by email only. We do not accept cancellations by phone.
For cancellations later then 7 days before arrival date, 1 night will be charged. 
No refund for cancellations less then 24 hours before arrival date or No-Shows!
Please,be aware that if you cancelled a reservation paid with credit card, we will be charging a 3.5% banks fees for the total amount for your authorized deposit.

เงื่อนไขการยกเลิก
1.กรณีถ้ายกเลิกการจองห้องพักระหว่าง 2-7 วันล่วงหน้าก่อนวันเข้าพัก คิดค่าใช้จ่าย 1 คืน
2.กรณีถ้ายกเลิกการจองห้องพัก 1 วันก่อนวันเข้าพัก หรือกรณีที่ท่านไม่เข้าเช็คอินตามวันที่เข้าพัก จะถือว่าเป็นการไม่เข้าพัก และไม่สามารถรับเงินคืนได้ 
*การยกเลิกการจองห้องพักหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ ต้องเป็นไปตามกำหนดของรีสอร์ท ต้องแจ้งทางรีสอร์ทเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรเท่านั้น เช่น อีเมล หรือผ่านข้อความที่ติดต่อมา ไม่สามารถรับแจ้งการยกเลิกการจองตองหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ ทางโทรศัพท์
**การยกเลิกห้องโดยผ่านการจองโดยบัตรเครดิต จะมีการชาร์จ 3.5% ของจำนวนเงินที่ท่านได้จองไว้
